Dirt Bike Training: The Key to Faster Lap Times!
Let me guess! Your Dirt Bike Training consists of heading out for a day of riding with your buddies. And besides the occasional buddy race you really don’t have a way to focus on any real improvement on your riding. So do you realize that you are wasting precious time with your motocross training? We didn’t until we stumbled on to a new software package that really helped take my son Zach to the next level. He too, would usually train 3 times a week and ride at least once with out much of a plan. I mean, don’t get me wrong we would work on corners or whoops, as well as focus on cardio or legs or something like that in the gym, but we didn’t have any type of “Real” plan. Thank God for the MX Training Journal!

The MX Training Journal took Zach’s performance to a whole new level! It has been a real time saver for him as well as me. I love the printed forms the software provides to take to practice. The forms make it real easy to keep up with lap times, bike set-up, and every thing about your practice day.
